GRADUATE PLACEMENT
The DARUBY School prepares students for job readiness throughout their training both in the development of marketable skills and in the application of techniques associated with job search, job getting and job retention. The latter includes research of employers of interest to the student, interview simulation, development of a résumé, composing letters of application and follow-up. Additionally, students will receive staff career guidance assistance on an individual basis as needed or desired.
We have an excellent placement service in place for the graduates of the DARUBY School who are seeking employment. We are well net-worked with potential employers in the St. Louis Metro Area. Although no guarantee of employment is made, every effort is made to assist students in obtaining a position that will be a sustainable wage.
A continuously updated file of current career opportunities in the St. Louis Metro area is maintained and will be made available to all graduates of the DARUBY School.
COUNSELING SERVICES
All staff and faculty members are available to have discussions and guide students in their scholastic efforts. When and if a student's needs are outside of our expertise, referrals will be made to the appropriate resource persons for help in resolving or coping with the problem.
